Political Loot.



Uttarakhand High Court has struck down provisions of the Uttarakhand Former Chief Ministers Facility (Residential and other facilities) Act 2019 whereby former Chief Ministers were provided bungalow at cheap rent, vehicle, driver and other perks free at cost to public-exchequer. The Act was passed by Uttarakhand government to negate earlier verdict dated 03.05.2019 by the High Court requiring eviction of government residences and recovery of house rent at market rate from former chief ministers.

It may be pertinent to add a person elected to a public office gets pension from all the public office he has served. Suppose he started his career as a corporator, then became member of assembly, further became a MP, he gets all pension of corporator+member of assembly+ MP.

This is grossly unfair to common man, where he gets pension based on his contribution.

Further the supreme court should take up the matter sumoto and implement it all over the country.

उत्तराखंड उच्च न्यायालय ने उत्तराखंड के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्रियों की सुविधा (आवासीय और अन्य सुविधाएं) अधिनियम 2019 के प्रावधानों को तोड़ दिया है, जिसके तहत पूर्व मुख्यमंत्रियों को सार्वजनिक किराए पर मुफ्त में वाहन, ड्राइवर और अन्य भत्तों को मुफ्त में बंगला प्रदान किया गया था। उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा पूर्व मुख्यमंत्रियों से बाजार दर पर सरकारी आवासों के बेदखली और मकान के किराए की वसूली की आवश्यकता से पहले के फैसले को रद्द करने के लिए अधिनियम पारित किया गया था।

किसी सार्वजनिक कार्यालय में चुने गए व्यक्ति को सभी सार्वजनिक कार्यालय से पेंशन मिलती है, जिसे वह सर्व करता है। मान लीजिए कि उन्होंने एक कॉर्पोरेटर के रूप में अपना करियर शुरू किया, फिर विधानसभा के सदस्य बने, आगे सांसद बने, उन्हें कॉर्पोरेटर + असेंबली + एमपी के सभी पेंशन मिलते हैं।

यह आम आदमी के साथ घोर अन्याय है, जहाँ उन्हें उनके योगदान के आधार पर पेंशन मिलती है।

सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को मामले के समन का अध्ययन करना चाहिए और इसे पूरे देश में लागू करना चाहिए।

Banks would be a hub for Corona virus very soon. The rush in the banks have been increased manifold. Any one who visited any nationalised bank recently might have noticed this unusual crowd.
